Beams were installed on 28 April 2013 in the front and back of our home. We were told by ADT (Charmaine). That the beams were pet friendly, thus it would not be set off by a cat / birds. Since being installed, it had been set off by our cat when sitting on the brick wall as well as by birds (Hadida)
This is extremely frustrating as we do have new born baby and are trying our level best to get him to sleep at night. The alarm being set off by beams (cat / birds) is not helping.
Despite numerous calls / sms, ADT did not rectify the situation
