Appalling accounts department

Yet again, ADT cannot sort out their billings. I have been contacted numerous times about an outstanding amount (which had been paid nearly 6 months ago). I have sent two proofs of payment to various ADT staff without response. Today I receive an SMS stating my account will be suspended within 7 days. What a mess their accounting must be. And if they want to do that, so be it!
