In November Tracker did a double debit on my account. I contacted them, and they responded and apologised and promised me a refund in 4 days.

It NEVER happened! No REFUND, No FIX and the best part... Another DOUBLE DEBIT for December.

Thanks Tracker, you just proofed how incompetent you are!!!
