I registered a few weeks ago on the beam e website. They sent me the online registration form which I completed and submitted back. I was issued with a reference number and a place for installation but thereafter nothing. No communication to confirm my subscription or a date and time for installation. Nothing whatsoever... I then tried calling this morning and held on for about 15 minutes listening to the computer telling me a whole lota hogwash. Very disappointing service after the amount of advertising costs spent on the beam e product.
