Thembani incorrectly quoted on installation/missed critical items/contract not compliant to CPA/installation done 29 Aug 2013, technician was great BUT explained that passives where not pet friendly, the external beam installation poorly positioned, during the day when you wish to set the alarm on leaving you cannot see if the alarm is "ready" to be set as a result of light levels on the beam. From 30 Aug. to 1 Sept. we were away (cats were kennelled) - the alarm activated all week-end. From 2 Sept up to and including today 10 Sept. we have been trying to get ADT to resolve the matter. We booked technical support, the date and time provided did not suit us, we asked for a new date and time and asked for support after 15h00 on any afternoon, that was on Friday last week, both technical and Sava (Area Manager??) said they would ring to re-schedule, still no action. Since 1 Sept. we have not been able to set the alarm - it is in-operable!!? They are about to do first debit order deduction for service not being received, that is tantamount to false representation and advertising. We have reported this on their web-site and will be escalating beyond your website into social media
