Netstar is beyond terrible
I have been fighting with Netstar to enable the tracking device they got installed into my Jaguar before I even had a choice about it and despite warnings and pleading and threats, I am now driving an uninsured car.
I spent hours on their call centre line; they couldn't care less. Using my cunning, I got hold of a supervisor who made a bunch of promises that turned out empty.
I was going to try to convey the egregiousness of Netstar but Hellopeter does not allow me to.
I will search for Jaguar International. Perhaps they care.
