The guys from Houdini bucked the trend we see in Port Elizabeth at this time of year; no one wants to do anything from the second week in December. No call outs, no commitment to get work done, not even a quote for work that we agreed can only get done in the New Year. However, Chris and Jamie took my security concern seriously and made a plan. Chris was here within 24 hours to do a site inspection and I had a quote from him the same day. Rain delayed the installation of our electric fence but I had feedback from Houdini every day. They installed the fence and went the extra mile; ensuring my privacy by re-installing a wooden fence next to the wall (thanks Albert for your suggestions). That's surely not in their job descriptions and was certainly not in their quote but they did it without complaint and with 100% efficiency. I am super impressed by their attitude and their service and will be telling all and sundry. I often do customer service training and this experience will definitely be used in my anecdotes.
