During October 2012 I gave ADT Security notice to cancel the security contract with responce and monitoring due to my retrenchment 30 November 2012. After I received my pay advice, I took it with the retrenchment letter to them to confirm the cancellation. End of December they deducted the premium and I went there to complain about it. They gave me another form to complete and assured me that it would be cancelled within the week. End of January 2013 the premium was deducted again and I asked the bank to return the premium unpaid. During February they came to see my mother (other contact number) to tell me I'm in arrears with 2 payments. I received another sms from them to let me know that I must contact the call centre to test my alarm. I don't live in the same address any more and don't know what to do about the issue. Please help!!!
