3 WEEKS & NO RESPONSE

It's been THREE WEEKS and no one has gotten back to with regards to my car insurance with Oakhurst. My tracker was not working and i requested the breakdown of what goes to Altec Netstar and what amount goes to Oakhurst Insurance. No reply to date. I also asked how do they calculate my "good driver skills" with a tracker that can't even tell me where my car is. I would not advise anyone to take an car insurance with Oakhurst Insurance. They have breached their contract and give false advertising. If my car gets they will turn around and say they don't know where it is - but they recommend Altec Netstar to put in the tracker. My account has been debited twice but there's been no action to solve the problem in order for me to feel at ease that my car is with the best company. THREE WEEKS and you can't give me answers. Its pathetic!
