ADT seriously need to audit your 'recorded' calls and listen to the DISGUSTING service your agents are delivering. Firstly a common trick is to transfer customers the minute they eventually get through to any other department without even listening to the customer. I have been on the phone to ADT for an hour and half today to finally get through to someone who is prepared to engage with me. I had to pay upfront to get one of your technicians to come to repair my alarm system and now no-one can tell me when they are coming to fix my alarm. I have been told the technician will sms me an hour before he comes, but I have to take a day off work to wait for him. How do you expect people to function like this? It is ridiculous. People are at your mercy with concerns like security and safety and this is how you treat them?
