These are just some of the e-mail messages we received from them. They deducted money from my account without my consent, according to me my contract has expired, according to them it hasn't but they can't provide me with a signed contract to show me for how long I have a contract with them. Then they admit they have made a mistake and that the refund will be made. This was the story since 29/11/2013. Still nothing in my account. The service (or lack thereof), stories etc these guys comes up with is really really shocking. How should one have any respect or confidence in them if this is the type of service they provide you with. The CREDIT MANAGER is now handling the case but WHAT A DISSAPPOINTMENT, his stories are better than those of the consultants...
