On the 11 January 2013, i got a cancellation confirmation from Netstar confirming that my contract has been cancelled for registeration KJH780GP. However to this day my account is still being debited. I called the company on thr 27 March 2013 and spoke to David who verified that the contract was cancelled but was not sure why im still beng debited. he requested i send another email. sent that email no respomse has been received.
The service is RIDICULOUS . Please refund all the payments that have gon through and STOP debiting my account.
