I have cancelled my netstar tracking with Altech netstar and was told that no debit order will go out of my account and then i recieve a sms stating a sum of R 549 will be debited from my account i then contacted JOHAN KOK via mail and his reply was that a refund will be done to my accoung its gone over 11 days and nothing as yet and everyday i mail him and he dont reply to me on the status, I am waitiong for my fcken money to be given back to me and thisa$$hole is not communicating with me!!
I suggest this matter gets sorted today and my money refunded fast and make sure that you netstar dont ever touch my fCKEN account again!!!
