We had a terrible hail storm, and the alarm was damaged. Numerous calls to the call centre without any joy or somebody phoning me back, resulted in me demanding to speak to a manager. The manager had no cell reception and Bryan was the lucky one to handle my not too friendly call. When he could not assist me via the telephone, he took it upon himself to come to my house and sort out the problem - and not just temporarily - he fixed it!!! thank you Bryan because of you going the extra mile my house is safe again!!
