Terrible Service from 8ta

We have been clients of 8ta for the past 24 Months and we have never skipped a payment, we have upgraded on 2 contracts and when upgrading the store advised everything was fine and correct, when we recieved the first bill it was extremely high as to what is was suppose to be, we then queried this and was advised that contract was loaded on a higher contract which was incorrect Bryan from the fourways mall store called and advised that Sim will be off for 3 hours so that it can be fixed, after 5 hours we called him to see whats going he then advised that he made an error an it will take 72 hours, today we called and bryan is on leave without even advisin some one to take over the problem, today there was a guy named Mandla at the store who advised that the problem will be fixed by close off business today, guess what still not rectified, Mandla then gave us the call centre number as he couldnt get through to the department that was handling the case, we then called the call centre and they advised that the problem was not worked on today at all and they dont have the number for the department thats dealing with the query, please fix this ASAP, MY FONE IS OFF 4 80HOURS THIS IS NOT ON
