We are no longer a customer of ADT as we stopped using you in MArch because of poor or no service. Prior to that we threatened to leave and you dropped our monthly fee and you also put in for free a keybox on our gate. You had our keys but you never turned up at our house with them so you said you'd put in a keybox for free. You did this about a year ago and you have now decided to debit our account for this with no discussion.
So I have 3 problems with this:
-how do you have access to take money out of my account when we are no longer clients
- the box and installation were agreed to be free of charge to make up for your poor service
- I phoned last week to discuss this with someone and no-one has come back to me on this.
