In March i was incorrectly debited R2500 when i had already done an EFT for that amount. I logged the complaint and ADT took almost 3 weeks to refund MY MONEY which THEY TOOK and it took me almost 14 calls to get the money out of them. Then they wanted to incorrectly charge me for a call out fee which thy corrected. Then ADT agreed to give me 2 months free billing and waive the call out fee. I THEN called the accounts department only to find out that they were going to bill me for the call out fee and monthly premium. It took me 3 calls to find out they corrected it again which means according to accounts that i would not be billed for June and July as i pay in advance. June has come and i have been debited AGAIN for my monthly premium only to find out now that i am actually billed in arrears and not in advance as i was told. So i won't be billed now for July and August. I am SHOCKED at this type of treatment as i have been with ADT for over 3 years but voiced my concerns that they have access to my bank account and debit whatever they want when they want. I am seriously considering going to CHUBB now and will make that call.
