I got a call from netstar offering me a "FREE" service to be added to my account. I asked probably 5 times is it free, and i got the answer numerous times yes it is free. And yet in the last 3 months an extra R1000 was taken off my account. I phoned and asked to cancel this and receive the other money back during november and yet again in december they took more money off again. WHO GIVE NETSTAR PERMISSION TO JUST TAKE EXTRA MONEY EVEN AFTER I CANCELLED THIS SO CALLED FREE BENEFITS??? ITS!!!
THIS IS THE 2ND TIME IM HAVING ISSUES WITH AN ALTECH COMPANY!!!
FIRST THEIR CELLULAR AND NOW THEIR NETSTAR, THIS IS DEF A COMPANY I WILL NOT SUPPORT AGAIN!
