I called the call centre and reported my device and they told to go to the branch for repairs. I went to the branch on a Wednessday and the lady sent me back home and promised to call me the following day and she never did, next Monday I called and the same lady promised to call me with a date and time for repairs and she never did, Two days after I called again another lady told me to come the next day. When I got there they did work on the car and two hours later they told me I can leave and I must test it after 24 hrs and even today its still not working.
