In September 2013 we cancelled our contract (30 days).
The debit order went of and was reversed. Why - I don't know.
In Nov we paid R205.20 for the license fee for 2014! Why - I dont know.
I am willing to pay the difference between R 574.32 - R205.30 = R 369, 02.
Is there any credit controller available to help. I have been trying since 1 Nov and although the consultant email "her" she never calls back.
I want to settle this account and get ADT out of my life. Can anyone help?
