No call centre exists!! calls never answered

Once again my efforts to reach cs are fruitless since this morning. Al you get is music- I have been calling since 9am and everyone just passes me to customer services lines after cutting my conversation!! Am trying to follow up on renewing my contract but now i know I will not renew! Will look for supplier that answers calls!
My previous query was responded to only after I complained here - even that query am not sure if it's been sorted thus far!
