Have tried emailing and phoning with no success. How does one end an ADT contract? I cannot get anyone at the company to send me a bill or tell me what amount I would be liable for in the event of premature cancellation of a contract. It seems they hope that once you are in the system you will stay there forever. Even more amazing is that I do not have a copy of the contracts I have signed. At the time I complained that the small print was so small as to be illegible but that fell on deaf ears... And is one told that the contract is being renewed after the initial 24 month period? A consumer trap indeed!
