Total incompetence

I have never dealt with a more incompetent accounting department and in particular credit controller in my life. I received a manual invoice in January settled it the next day, in September a debit order goes through my husbands account which we reversed this after countless calls and emails. I finally got hold of Patrick in October who is the one of the most arrogant, supercilious people I have ever dealt with and in his own words 'a difficult man to get hold of' - hardly surprising there is most likely a lynch mob after him - he was his amused and could hardly contain his laughter that I was irate about ADT taking legal action he assured me patronising as it was he would correct it and send a revised statement - guess what it's still incorrect. Please go ahead waste your money take legal action and while you're about it cancel our contact and amend your alwaysthere email address to neverthere it's far more fitting.
