Can't stop them taking my money

Reading all the complaints about Adt I just can't help myself wondering why people are still using them.

I have had an complaint about camera's that has been out of my house, since ADT was the only people on the premises, I immediately suspected them. Since then no response. I have decided about four months ago to cancel to contract, with the required cancellation period, but still they are taking the money. After threatening them with legal action and criminal action they are still ignoring me. After numerous calls they the promised to call me back. No success.

Are the security industry so uncompetitive to allow a company like this a place in the market? Just asking.
I would be very surprised if my problem will be resolved even after this insert. Actually I don't care as I have already taken legal action.

Maybe Carte Blance must take a look at this.
