Technician sent through to my house code (TNT) did not fix two alarm touch points as requested. He refused my helper's offer to call me so that I can discuss my requirements. He was at my house for less than 10 mins. He left an assessment bill for R254.36. (1st hour of labour is for ADT's Account, Rententions matter)
Now since 10 mins of the free hour was used. The technician (TNT) owes me 50 mins. He must come back and instal the 2 door sensors. I will pay for the replacement but the 1st hour of labour is a cost for ADT.
Please send another technician and not somebody arrogant like TNT. He needs to understand a bit about customer service
