I phoned Cade Smith to get a quote to install to taps for me (the pipes were already there). He said he charges R450 an hour. Two guys showed up had a look at my kitchen and left. They came back more than an hour later and then only spent 45 mins to fix the problem. I got a bill of R1, 250!!! This is unacceptable to pay for hours that no one did any physical labour. I can't account for people leaving my premise and even if they left my house to buy a part, Mica is 5 mins from my house. What ever you do NEVER EVER use Plumb Time Plumbing (Cade Smith). Very unprofessional!
