After recently selling my vehicle I was required to cancel my account with Altech Netstar since the new owner did not want to take over the account.
I have been making calls almost every day and I can never ever get through to customer service - It is actually non-existent.
The few that I have spoken to in Telesales (as this is the only line once can seem to get through on) have made promises for the correct department to call me but this have never happened. Anton was one such agent who made a promise.
I have sent two emails to customer service only to receive nothing but the automated response.
My only option now is to stop my debit order tomorrow and I will not be paying a cent for a cancellation fee. I can go on record saying that I have made attempts to cancel but since Altech has failed to respond numerous times I will be cancelling the payments.
