A few weeks ago I contacted Altech Netstar to cancel my contract as my vehicle was written off. I was quoted a settlement amount and was told that it will be debited off my account on the next premium date which supposed to be 1/11/2013. I also requested a cancellation letter which was never e mailed to me. Today I made several calls to both head office and the KZN branch to find out why the account has not been settled as yet but my call does not get answered after the operater trasfers to the relevant department. These calls are an unnecessary waste of time and money when all I want is feed back regarding my account.
