It's the owners responsibility to check the working order of the unit, but when Matrix make changes why don't they do a recall?
DID card system is being phased out but no one lets you know till you have problems. This weekend had 2 geoloc movements reported via sms to me, only problem was it was in the garage not moving!!
I called the call centre they logged the call with Technical, only to wait till 12pm Monday to receive a call by which time I had already spoken to the account manager to be told that the DID needed replacing.
If it's my responsibility to check the unit is working, what is Mix Telematics responsibility?
