Have tried to contact the accounts department for the last three weeks via telephone and e-mail (9 phone calls and numerous e-mails. Even left messages on the " Customer Non Service " web site which provides an automatic message that states that someone will contact you within 24 hours, don't hold your breath... I see the same de-fault message is also used as a reply on this site by ADT.
