The customer care line at Luxottica states in an automated voice message system that if I leave a message they will reply within 8 working hours and also gives an email address that will be replied on in apparently one working day. They have not returned any messages that I've left. The email address, after sending, sends back a mail delivery software email claiming it to be an unrouteable address. Unfortunately this is the only company in SA that works directly with the Oakley brand and therefore I'm sure to let Oakley know in the US how their name is being affected through inattentive staff in South Africa.
