MTN officially does not know what or how the work

Someone sent me a mms and I got a message telling me to go to [URL Removed]
This not the first time, I have been to this site and seen the picture.
But now this site does not exist or has been turned off.
I googled and found I'm not alone other can't find the site.
Contact mtn and they give details as to how to make the phone receive MMS's. Same answer to the others I googled.
When asked the operator never answers the question "Why does [URL Removed] not work? "

So the Message on my phone telling me to go to that site is

TELLING ME THEY DON'T WHAT THEY ARE DOING
