Why should I remain your customer?

Why should I remain your customer? I am not happy with the fact that I was billed for excessive alarm activations last month. Yet I do not get any credit for the many months I have not requested ADT to accompany me home. It is what 3 or 4 trips I month my wife and I do not use. If you check the activations, I think it would be fair to credit us for the things that we do not use as well.

Last week Sat my wife got home in the afternoon minus the alarm remote and set off the alarm in the process. She tells me ADT called 45 mins later. It is not acceptable at all.

A number of houses get burgled inspite of being your customers in my street. My contract with ADT expires this month. Tell me again, "Why should I remain your customer? "
