So I am going to be proactive as there are quiet a few complaints about Maxidor but I am going to go with their product.
Note I am not complaining yet but putting this company to the test because I hate poor service delivery.
Yesterday I received a quote for 3 gates to be installed from Milton and he presented himself professionally and quote was comparative.
I did receieve a call from someone in his office today however was driving and asked them to call back in an hour. Its now 2 hours later so I called Milton and he is busy as a client and requested that I sms him which I did and I am now waiting for him to send through the quote in an email as he also promised 10% off the amount.
Milton also took some measurements and said the gates can go on in 3 days from acceptance of the quote. I do understand how a company can ask for 100% amount upfront with no service provided. I will pay this though and then see what prevails.
Currently this is a compliment but can change to another complaint based on the service that I receive
