We had a burglary at our premises, 2nd within 6 months, alarm activated on both occasions but alarm company ADT arrives 15min after break in, their response, all the vechiles were attending to other alarm activations during this time. They care absolutely nothing about safety and security and actually defend their response by confirming they within SAIDSA rules. I have requested cancellation and now they want to penalise for early termination, how pathetic, their service has gone down so considerably that most poeple in our road part of the street commitee has cancelled their membership and moved to another alarm company
Just want to bring this to everyone's attention, their service is poor, non chalant attitude and always an excuse
