I was told by the insurance company that I had to have a tracker installed. I contacted tracker and they quoted me on the exact system I wanted, but it was too expensive. I then phoned Netstar and their salesman Clayton Jardine told me that they would give me exectly the same system, at a lower cost. The system I was given is not the system which was sold to me or what was explained by the salesman Clayton. Despite numerous e mails to Clayton and a complaint on their website - from which Thato promised to sort it 6 e - mails the last of which I told her to listen to the transcript of the sales call. Since then (30th October) no response at all. Of all the mails sent to Clayton Jardine not one received a response and my complaint has never been resolved.
This is the worst service I have ever received and my money is being deducted under false pretences.
My first complaint was lodged on 10th January 2013.
