Refund for Cancellation

On the 12th of November I cancelled this service because the lady passed away, I received a confirmation that it was read on that same day at 13:30.ADT still deducted the radio fee for 2013 and also the Jan premiums. I have called Eve on numerous occasions (weekly) she keeps promising to call back as she has to speak to her superiors she never calls back and does not answer my emails. Her first excuse was that I changed the banking details to the Company as the personal account was frozen and they could not refund that's rubbish that's the account where the debit order was deducted from. The last message I left a week ago and still no call back
