Feedback is probably one of the most important actions when it comes to service delivery. After being ignored flat by Jaguar South Africa when I asked information about a Jaguar I wanted to purchase, I e-mailed Bryanston Jaguar where the car was serviced and enquired if they may be of assistance - not expecting anything to happen after my encounter with their stiff upper lip manufacturer supplier.
Well, lo and behold, within three hours I received a phone cal from Veejay asking how she could assist. Imagine my happy surprise! To cut a long story short: she scanned and e-mailed all service records for the time the car was serviced by them.
A serious box of chocolates will go to this angel who restored my faith in the saying: service with a smile. Thank you!
