I placed an order for newly installed alarm system on the 23/10/2013 and up too now still waiting for this order. Numerous of follow up with tons of excuses and this has been a bad experience been a new client with Chubb. The consultant I must say is very slow and useless and does not take his role and Job seriously nor has no urgency in providing Client feedback and service.
Big disappointment and lack of integrity in this consultant.
