Bad treatment by Godfrey manager at Superspa

We will be hosting a group of learners for the summer camp in Richards Bay. We asked Superspar to give us a quotation for lunch over 10 days. Mummygirl, the lady who served us was able to do that. We are an NGO operating under University of Stellenbosch so our finances are managed there.
We were therefore requested to get a tax invoice from Spar with the correct details. The contact person was the Godfrey the manager, who would not assist us. My colleague went there personally to ask for that tax invoice but was prepared the way the university would accept. When she came back to the office she called Godfrey again to give him relevant information but Godfrey refused saying we must use the quotation as it has the banking details. As a manager I then took over and tried to explain to Godfrey that the university of Stellenbosch finance department will not accept a quotation but an invoice for payment purposes. He refused saying I am telling him what to do now, he is not going to do that. I told him Spar at Mtunzini helped us but he said he suspects that all this is. I then asked a lady from Stellenbosch to call and confirm this to him but he was also rude to her.
