We have installed an early warning system with our tracking device in March 2013. It has now been 8 months and it is still not working correctly!!!
I have tried several times to get the installation centre in Meyerton to come and fix the device or for me to take it in to have it fixed.
The REMOTE is not working correctly... You have to press the button over and over again to switch it on, sometimes without any luck. And switching it off is a total nightmare... I have had to pull over next to the road because I could not get it off.
Everytime we phone either Meyerton branch or the call centre you get put through to different people, and put on hold for sometimes 18MIN at a time... And everytime they just do a test on the device and phone back to say it's reset now and working... Does no one understand the words REMOTE NOT WORKING?
And this is not even the best... While sitting in the living room you can hear the device going "bleep" switching itself off... How save is your vehicle really?
I would like for the fitment technicions to come and fix this device WITH THE REMOTE.
