No customer service, Just a division of SAPS

If you are thinking of having a tracking device on your car please consider if you think government department "tracker" will be the right choice. This company does not care you would think its fully funded by our Tax monies. And yet they make you pay every month. For what?

I recently sold my car and when i contacted tracker to cancel the service i was told i have a three year contract with them, i believe i was told its 24 months when they called me about 18 months ago. I called them countless times to request the voice agreement. Every time i call its a different waiting period. And nobody bothers to give me feedback.

I specifically requested someone to call me back on Friday, the call center lady assured me she is marking my query urgent and someone will call me. Guess what its like calling SAPS to report a crime, I'm still waiting.

Can someone send me the voice recording, its not like its on a cassette tape in some box in a huge factory, it's just a file in a computer that takes less than a minute to retrieve, UNLESS YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO HIDE.
