I have been with Chubb for a number of years and my alarm was triggered by burglars 3 weeks ago. The Chubb officer went to my property, but didn't enter the property to check if all was ok as he didn't have a key for the gate key access control.
If he entered the property, the burglary could have been prevented and/or the police could have been called out. The burglary at the next door neighbour a few minutes later could also be prevented.
I have send communication to the Area Manager, Stanley Thotela, to investigate and to give me a response, but I have been begging for a response now for 2 weeks.
I have paid my monthly service fees diligently and expect the promised service in return, else I will have to move to a different company that can deliver what I pay for.
