Dear Altech Netstar, I received a call from Imthiaz today advising me to upgrade my device to an early warning system. I have been a client with Altech for a while and so have my parents. I have recently had my device replaced however my parents just have the standard device. Although my parents did not upgrade, Imthiaz called us several times to advise us that they could upgrade by paying an additional fee. He did advise that it would cost R291.67 and they could finally get an early warning system. My parents did not accept the policy changes but they have asked me to convey this message ''Thank you for going through all that trouble and still being so pleasant to understand.'' Thank you Imthiaz on a job for going the extra mile.
