I bought a vehicle in Feb 2012 and transferred the account to my name. The first time I tested it, Aug 2012, it was faulty and I had to replace the unit, which I did. GUESS what? Device is not working AGAIN!!! This brings me to think Netstar is either installing dummy devices or they just plain like to take money for services NOT rendered. So which is it Netstar?? Do you actually check/test the quality of your devices? Or do you just sell cr @ p and expect people to keep paying? Total rip-off.
