Time wasters who to us

We contacted young man Marvyn and Appme to develop a sexual intimacy smartphone app for couples. We met Mervyn in mid November 2012 & after signing an NDA together we told him all about it.

Mervyn was very enthusiastic and keen to do the job. He said he was about to leave for the US & had a hectic schedule ahead but not to worry they could do the job & our job would be handled by other people in the office who would contact us. We sent him an electronic copy of the brief.

We heard nothing about the job in December. Nobody from the office contacted us. When we got hold of Mervyn he said all was still on & they could develop the app in very short time (we wanted to launch on Valentines day) so not to worry.

By early January we were worried. I contacted Mervyn on the 9th and he said he would email us regarding progress. No email sent. I reminded him the next day. No email sent. I spoke with him on the 15th and he said we could meet with a colleague of his, fine.By now my friends and I were noticing he answered our calls if calling from a new number, otherwise not answered.

By the 17th he said he/they cannot do they app because of "ethics". They dropped us, wasting 2 months.
