My alarm went off on Mon 07-Jan. I rcvd no phone call nor was a patrol car dispatched to my house (this was not the 1st time, and I have had enough). I phoned ADT and they advised that they would follow up and phone back - they never did. I phoned on Tue and asked to speak to the manager and requested a refund on this month's payment as they have not delivered on the service I paid them for. He advised that he would get back to me the same day - he never did. I phoned him on Wed - he advised that he would follow up and get back the same day - he never did. The same happened the Thur (despite me threatening to go to hellopeter). I phoned him Fri morning - he advised that he would get back same day - nothing - I phoned the afternoon - he advised that he would follow up right away and get back to me - again nothing. I phoned again and he had gone home - and this is the manager! ADT takes your money and then do not deliver - this is simply breach of contract and against the law - I WILL take this all the way with the Consumer Protection Act. What assurance do I have that ADT will deliver when my family gets attacked in or around our home!? Sound the alarm, and hope that ADT responds?
