Unacceptable incompetency - Netsta

I have been a customer since 2006. I recently purchased an additional vehicle, called the telesales department, spoke to Anton. Asked if a represenatative could come out to fit the device into new vehicle, he advised that he will get back to me, as he would call the fitment centre. 3 hours later, no response, i called him back, only to get an answer that he forgot. he then promised that he would attend to it immediately, and call me back. at around 5pm, there was still no response, i called the telesales department back, only to find that he had just left. so i cannot make arrangements now due to the incompetency of an employee. i spoke to another sales staff, who then did my application online and advised that he will get the nec people to come out to me. he also advised that he will call me the following day at 9:15am to confirm... it's now 9:55am, i am still waiting... does Netstar not want any clients... send your staff for training... i'd rather go to Tracke
