Chubb is a "so-called" security company but in my opinion they are the ones the people need protection from. I cancelled my contract with them and they continued debiting my account, and now they refuse to give my money back. Giving Chubb your banking details is probably the most dangerous thing a person can do, they go into your account and take your money without your permission. Their response to my last complaint was that they "take customer satisfaction very seriously", well that's a joke. What they actually did was went into my account and took more of my money, with no warning, while I was on holiday, leaving me stranded. One thing for sure, no friends or family of mine will ever be doing business with Chubb again. When my brother left their services he told me, don't do business with Chubb, you will regret it, I should have listened to him and saved myself all this hassle.
