Thank you for the quick response in letting me know in a superbly diplomatic way to shut up and go away, it is my problem...
I find its just not good enough to have a company that takes millions from customers every month and takes a minutes to disarm your device (TRACKER) and drive off with my vehicle. Would you invest in something as useless as your product, I think not?
There must be another method to solving this madness, it is clear that Outsurance is also suffering because of your (Criminal friendly) device.
I hope for the sake of rest of your clients out there you come up with a more secure device that actually works as advertised in the media.
